Interestingly my instant seems to cache the original photo. If I go on the website it's a different image he still looks like prick though.

Nah, but it's part of the radicalisation stream. Get them when they're feeling worthless, point a finger and say it's not you, it's them. Once they've bought in, point at someone else. Keep going and next thing you know, you've made a domestic terrorist.
