First post on Lemmy! Just wanted to share something I believe can really help solve the disinformation problem around electric vehicles, renewables and associated technologies. You've probably seen these chaps on the Fully Charged Show on YouTube and they are hiring researchers and a team to push back against any disinformation that goes out in the UK media landscape. Perhaps if they get a big enough following it could spread to other countries.

The channel also review electric vehicles and talk about renewables and energy efficiency in the home on their channel: https://youtube.com/@fullychargedshow

I stopped contributing and stopped being a viewer when they started promoting utter bullshit. It's such a shame to see where they came from and then what Robert ended up pushing them to promote. The proper response anti-renewable and anti-ev pushback is not to promote utter fantasies and lies.

What are the fantasies and lies that the current crew peddle? From what I've researched, whilst slightly on the optimistic side, they are mostly sticking to the facts.

Every idiotic over hyped battery "revolution" story.
