What's the context behind the original image? Is the girl in the car holding a handful of pet food!? Why is she so anguished? Why is the other girl pressing her tits against the window?
This is photoshopped from 2 different pictures. If I recall properly the woman on the right is sacred by an animal entering its head into the car to get food (I don't remember the specifics animal, maybe a giraffe?).
