Beans on toast, beans on cornbread, beans on tortillas, beans on rice.
Folks been cooking beans and putting them on carb slabs all over the world. Canned beans ain't a bad thing. To the contrary, canned beans can be better, depending on the quality, type of beans, cooking skills, etc.
Ain't no shame in the beans on carbs game.
