I just started learning to play guitar, but life has become so busy I have not had time to sit down and play in almost 3 months and I am really missing it.

Always have your guitar out within reach of your usual comfort spots. I have one next to me at my computer that I grab on loading screens or transfer times for example. Just noodle and play around for fun
