Well, I suppose this might test black hole theory, but who will write the report?

isnt there a current theory that the surface of certain types of black holes have hair? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No-hair_theorem for more info. For a more parsable understanding, watch The Edge of All We Know (2020) - Hawking, Strominger, Perry, and Haco are working on it I think, to say that black holes do not lose the information that made them (matter). anyway, I think I'll go watch it again heh.

edit: i know hawking is dead, he was working on this with the other 3 before getting all dead
