I can't listen to a podcast or video essays (also post your fav video essays too) and I need something stimulating to focus on but not so much focus as to not be able to comprehend the podcast

Favourite game for such a situation: Balatro or Brotato.

Video essays:

The weirdness of Tekken turns into a mini documentary on MMA history.

A lot of Tom Nichols videos are worth checking out.

Literally watching a video right now of the history of Nintendo's hostility to its fans.

This channel has a bunch of great videos on comic book history.
