Hmm. One aspect should be a cozy and calm voice. I enjoy a nice voice and tone, doesn't have to be a storyteller.
I recently found a channel with one, it's mildly asmr. Since I can feel you wondering, the name is Seppä Taalasmaa, it's of course spoken in finnish but I'm sure you'll get the idea.
Big Clive has a voice to sleep to. If you are not familiar, he does electronics teardowns and reverse engineering. While I usually just watch his videos to actually learn things, his voice will knock me right out if I need a nap.
Never done a sudoku in my life but that's exactly the reason I watch cracking the cryptic, especially at night.
