How do you shred a tyre on a mobility scooter?

If that is a scooter with a single front wheel in the middle, I bet they are in the habit of turning sharply on the spot when changng directions after being stationary.

No... It had 4 wheels but the other 3 were all OK.

Then been driving with too low air pressure on that tire for extended amount of time? Or very fat right ass cheek
