If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. Will we even see commercial electric planes in our lifetime?

From what I know, what's stopping it from becoming commercialized(?) is limitation of current generation battery. TBH I'm not an expert on this subject.

There are around 100 projects being worked on globally in 2020 so I would imagine there would be more interest in this area of development.
