She mentions Gramsci, refers to the Americas as Turtle Island, and her general rhetoric does not sound like something you'd hear from a liberal. I haven't watched any uncut vids of her before this one, and she really comes off like an actual comrade?

Sounds like your average Italian leftist, so most likely a leftcom or new left kind of person. After the years of lead and the systematic co-option of the labor movement and the PCI in the 80s, very few people identify as communists in Italy, or if they do, they're Anti-AES kind of communists.
