Given Russia has already adapted to the drone threat and is now advancing on all fronts, the 50 billion is going directly into zelensky's pockets, like so much other aid.

Your map analysis skills are a bit lacking and your understanding of basic technology is extremely limited, it seems.

The only way Russia adapted to drones is by intercepting more of them with armored vehicles. Would you like vehicle counts from satellite images over the last couple of years?
