We do already get fines for going over the lines, and that our local council was caught spots smaller than the government standards just to fine drivers as a money making initiative.

I would like LEZ to expand, and other restrictions to come into place, but we have absolutely no public transport here so we really need it to be a two prong change to make it work otherwise it'll just lead to abuse of those who can't afford it
