Well... sort of.

Trump never has held and never will hold any coherent political views of any sort. His entire focus is on himself, and the rest of the world only matters to the degree that he might manipulate people and things to feed his own ego, greed and lust.

So what'll likely actually happen is that his mindless supporters will rage, the psychopaths who want the world that having him in power will bring will fan the flames of that rage while whispering in his ear, and yes - he'll go full fascist. But not because of anything to do with fascism specifically - I doubt he can even grasp the broadest concept of it. It's simply that that will be, and to some notable degree will be contrived into being, the thing that he will believe will lead him to what he really wants - simply to feed his bottomless ego, greed and lust.

He understands fascism instinctively, not in an intellectual sense.

Fascism is a lot like a government run by a toddler: Everyone who doesn't like me is bad and I should kill them. Also people who are weird are bad and we should kill them. And that land over there is mine so I'm gonna take it. All the while I'm going to complain about how I'm the real victim.

Bear Head by Adrian Tchaikovsky delves into this kind of psychology from the interesting angle of treating Narcissistic Sociopaths as an alien form of consciousness. It proposes that sociopaths hijack human social interactions, turning others into mere appendages that carry out the sociopath's desires.

He does hold coherent political views. If political views are those having to do with the allocation of resources, then you outlined them yourself. He wants to further his own ego, greed, and lust. He thinks the government should exist to fulfill his every desire, and that all resources should go towards fulfilling them. He's the ultimate embodiment of corruption, with no guiding philosophy beyond selfishness. That is political, because wanting the world to bend to one's own will through the use of government is political. It's a kind of God-Emperor political philosophy.
