Personally it would be the form of a GBA, I love the form and would love a handled with the same shape

YES! I would love to see a modern handheld with a PSP Go form-factor and a touch screen. (And maybe a 2nd thumbstick!)

Touch is good and all but the second thumb stick is a bare necessity in all first person and many third person games.

Big time. It can make a big difference in terms of what homebrew/ports you can play.

I've never understood why devices like the RG351V went with a single stick. Especially when you consider how it struggled with PSP emulation.
