Does that make Tzar Nicholas II the greatest emperor of Russia? I dunno, maybe. Maybe it does.

Every self professed Marxist Leninist should consider Tsar Nicholas II as the greatest Tsar because he gave Lenin the opportunity.

Greatness is simply assigned significance in a historical narrative, not some objective criterion.
