I've used komoot for some time for cycling in London. It's quite good at creating routes that follow cyle ways/quit streets and the voice instructions are more frequent than Google maps. It does sometimes make some interesting route choices but overall I prefer it

I took us on an interesting route through Epping Forest the wife was not amused by traversing fallen trees and old river beds,totally on me trying to avoid the roads as much as possible I wish I had some of these tips :D
