i want a steady stream of power, not to have to worry about recharging and charge level every damn time i use the shitty thing that usually has a shitty battery

I really wish you could power your phone from the charger if you are stationary. I play a number of games (OSRS, Mindusty, Endless Sky) that drain my battery so quickly. This leads to a significantly increased number of charging cycles that could be avoided if I could just set a toggle to power the phone from the cable rather than the battery.
