Q: Why another community?

Most BC residents are not going to care about another Summerland Hwy 97 closure, so it feels odd to use the bigger communities. And yet, most smaller municipalities do not have a community and much of the news affecting them will apply to the rest of the Okanagan. So here we are.

The forum will occur today (Sunday) from 7-9PM at Killiney Beach Community Hall, 514 Udell Road. A live stream will be available at nwcaonline.ca.

But I will suggest if one doesn't want to disenfranchise Peachland, that one holds relevant meetings less than AN HOUR OUT OF TOWN. One could think the world is Boucherie-centric in its orbit and still that'd be a ways out.
