The agency noted that prices remain elevated β€” especially for rent and groceries β€” even as inflation has cooled off.

For the second consecutive month, food prices grew at a faster rate than headline inflation.

Now imagine someone announcing the creation of a nonprofit crown corporation to be a national grocer. Unfortunately no major party has the balls to propose that. Even Jagmeet is only tweaking antitrust law.
