It's more a case of wearing wide shirts and trousers to hide the adult diapers.

If anything, Trump has gotten thinner lately, he has this old-man-wasting-away look about him now.

Hm, possibly, but he doesn't strike me as the type. He already thinks he's perfect so why should he change anything about himself?
