Does anybody know of any resources that discuss the life and treatment of disabled people in the Soviet Union? (hexbear.net)

Alternatively, anybody know what the situation is like for disabled people in China? Resources for that would be good to read, too.

Here's an article. The magazine was Trotsykist, but even if they overstate or misattribute the setbacks after Lenin at least you'll have some primary sources to look into.
