kbin needs a block button next to magazine names to quickly allow to filter things you're not interested in while browsing

Yeah this is definitely needed. I am browsing all/active just so I can gather up some magazines I'm interested in but I'm hit with a ton of non-English mags/channels. I'm blocking them as I see them but there are a ton. It's all part of the growing pains for sure so I'm not going to be impatient about it or anything, but this is a needed feature.
