See, this is why I long for the cybernetic revolution. So that I can hot swap some breasts or genitals or hair whenever I want.

I think if you paid a surgeon enough they'd be willing to install inflatable boobies with our current technology. Get a little cyberpunk-looking air valve on the underboob if you're feeling spicy and then choose your size.
