That sounds plausible, but I don't think so, it's been very obvious for more than a month now that tank losses have declined dramatically compared to half a year ago. But the other losses have not.
If what you say were true, why is Artillery almost 3 times higher? Vehicles and fuel tank almost 4 times higher? And personel about twice the average for the war!
That would be a very weird distribution of only the tanks, if what you say is true.
Tank losses declined seriously half a year ago. It isn't clear if Russia is running out of tanks, or has finally figured out how to use tanks without losing them. (most think it is the former - they have run out of old tanks that can be restored quickly - but it isn't clear)
