Imo everything should've been sorted before the season. I'm a Man City fan so it's hard not having a bias here, but it's possible they could go down just the same way Everton did last season with maybe an even bigger point deduction.

As for PL's bias though, well all this drama has to end at some point. It's just a matter of when
