Logged on at work and a user had emailed me directly. Twice.
The first email is asking for help and letting me know what the problem is. The second email is, and I wish I was joking, literally just a screenshot of the first email.
I should have stayed home and gone back to bed.
I'm trying to think of the reasoning behind the screenshot in the second email. If it was deliberate that would be so bizarre.
I wish I could tell you. Nearly two decades in support roles and they still manage to surprise me.
