This is the part that the right-wing libs play in locking people into a two-party mentality. I think a lot of them know their derision functions as an endorsement to any left-sympathetic readers, so they mostly avoid even mentioning third-party leftists whenever they can. Right-wing libs freaking out instead over a cardboard spectre
