A community for anarchist. Anarchism is a set of philosophies that promotes a world free of hierarchical systems.
No electioneering, no telling people to or not to vote or who to vote for. Interpretating this rule as forbidding critisism of candidates is certainty an interpretation but in the context of an ANARCHIST space it's a bad interpretation.
No bootlicking & that will include being hyper pedantic about people calling politicians, prosecutors, bureaucrats, etc, cops.
Yes, if you're an obnoxious neo-lib you're going to get banned. If you're not obnoxious & have good faith questions you can stay.

Yeah... That kind of action does not really say "acting in good faith" or seem like supporting anarchic philosophy.
"Anarchism is when vote"
In some forms, when needed, yes. See: anarcho-syndicalism.
What is contrary to most anarchic philosophy is using power over others to suppress voices that express dissent in good faith. In fact, I can't think of a branch of anarchism where that's not outright contradictory to central tenets of the philosophy.
Yes.
But how does that even resemble the electoral system we have? I don't tell people to vote or not & I don't tell people who to vote for. You all can decided that for yourselves, I'm not your master. The no electioneering rule exist for a few reasons one being to stop drive by comments from people who have zero interest in anarchism from overwhelming people who do & it's not uncommon in anarchist spaces.
