I've been loving software inc. Its a tycoon game with some factorio style elements. Contrary to the name however, it's not just software you can decide to make, you can also make cell phones, consoles and such. You can genuinely start as just your founder in a garage and grow to encompass everything like some kind of indie Microsoft.

For 30$ Canadian the game is an absolute steal, so if you have any interest in the concept of software startups and enjoy the games like theme hospital and (to a lesser degree) factorio I heavily encourage you to check it out.
