The sad truth is there isnt much interesting coming out these days either. The current season of the Witcher is almost unwatchable. Secret Invasion is "Meh" at best. Silo was disappointing. I couldn't tell you the last thing we loved, beyond probably Picard? But even that had a horrible first 2 seasons. Grand Tour Eurocrash was ok. I am excited about Thank God You're Here though.

I hate how much Disney have churned out their TV shows. They fell into the same trap that Netflix did with the Defenders - it started out so promising only to become a bloated, overdrawn mess.

I really don't care about investing more time on the Witcher since Henry Cavill left. If he felt it was worth ditching the show because the writers were getting it wrong, then why the fuck would I bother with it either?

Meanwhile there's shows I haven't see in forever that I'd love to re-watch. Sopranos, Breaking Bad (and I haven't seen Better Call Saul yet), Daredevil and Jessica Jones... there's too many to list actually.

And yes - I'm with you on that as well about TGYH. Aussie TV can be so frustrating sometimes since they'll be on a winner only to can it for no real good reason. Chanel 7 are dickheads for buying it only to can it after what, two seasons?

I wish they'd bring back Good News Week.

Bloated is the right word for it. Can anyone remember who the bad guy was in Ms Marvel? Can you tell me what happened in She Hulk beyond the Wong cameo? Cause I sure as shit cant. Kenobi SUCKED.

GNW was amazing! Have You Neen Paying Attention can be ok, but the dumping on Tom thing is getting a little old. And at its worst its super disrespectful to its guests. Its all fun if everyone's in on the joke, but there's such a thing as taking it to far.

I did enjoy the new episodes of Spicks and Specks.

Happy Valley is very good, if you like gritty crime shows with well written characters.

New Jack Ryan isn't that bad. Strange Worlds is fine. Prime seems to be doing the best shows at the moment.

I didn't even know the new Witcher season came out. Giving it a miss for reasons.

I didnt even know Jack Ryan had a season 3. Thats queued up on.... things. For the Witcher do you want me to recap the season for you? I'm only 3 eps in but so far its a bunch of sour looks and characters shouting "Ciri!" "Geralt!" Yen!" and the occasional quip for Jask. There you go, now you've missed nothing!

S3 was my favourite one. Really good cat and mouse setup with betrayals all over the place.

S4 is more action than anything only six eps. Probably could have used 2 or 3 more to flesh out the story, cause the entire thing is massively rushed. Still worth a watch.
