This is just from personal memory but if i remember correctly; I like the version from "Reign of Fire" (2002) where they have 2 different chemical pouches in their mouths that mix and create fire. Kinda how snakes have a venom sack but these are two different chemicals that when combined create fire.
Or pretty much exactly how the bombardier beetle creates explosion
Underrated film. It was the explanation that I immediately thought of when I read the post.
Hell yea, I loved that movie. Not a ton of good dragon movies growing up. It was great.
Only thing I remember from that movie was that one axe jump lol
