Guess The Annoying Character

This community is where you post a description a movie or tv character you find incredibly annoying and others guess who it is in the comments.

Descriptions to give can include, something the character says put in quotes, how they behave, punch lines, what they wear, anything about the character that doesn't 'give it away'.

Obviously you can't put the movie title or tv show title or anything that immediately makes it obvious where the character is from.

Cartoon shows are aloud, but please say that in the title. Like, 'Cartoon' or 'Cartoon Show'
