A federal judge Monday dismissed former President Trump’s claim that E. Jean Carroll defamed him in May after a jury found Trump liable for sexually abusing the writer.

The day after the verdict, Carroll appeared on CNN and indicated Trump had raped her. The jury had not found Trump liable for rape under New York’s definition, but instead found him liable for sexual abuse.

Trump then claimed Carroll’s insistence on CNN amounted to defamation, filing a counterclaim in Carroll’s other lawsuit that has not yet gone to trial.

U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan on Monday dismissed Trump’s argument, ruling Carroll’s statement on the cable network was substantially true and that “[t]here would have been no different effect on the mind of an average listener.”

“The difference between Ms. Carroll’s allegedly defamatory statements — that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as defined in the New York Penal Law — and the ‘truth’ — that Mr. Trump forcibly digitally penetrated Ms. Carroll — is minimal. Both are felonious sex crimes,” Kaplan ruled.

Kaplan, a Clinton appointee, separately rejected Trump’s defense that he has “absolute presidential immunity” in the case.

Trump has been charged by the Department of Justice with the following four counts:

• A conspiracy to defraud the United States "by using dishonesty, fraud and deceit to obstruct the nation’s process of collecting, counting, and certifying the results of the presidential election," according to the special counsel's office.
• A conspiracy to impede the Jan. 6 congressional proceeding at which the collected results of the presidential election are counted and certified.
• A conspiracy against the right to vote and to have that vote counted.
• Obstruction of, and attempt to obstruct and impede, the certification of the electoral vote.

I praise this so much. Communities wanting to avoid politics. On either end of the spectrum.

I've seen calls for banning both nazis and tankies. It gives me a small glimmer of hope. The average internet user is against these extreme views. They want a community to talk, discuss specific things. Without it devolving into political grand standing.

This community, “tHe_dOnAlD” is political. But only to hold the domain. To prevent another hate fueled community from forming.

Be good to each other. Be real. Political bullshit invades our lives everyday. Just remember your class. Your fellow human.

Women have a right to decide for themselves. Abortion is always an option. A ball of cells is not a baby. Its not murder. Stop forcing rape victims to birth.

Christian ministers, priests, reverends. These are the single biggest perpetrators of molestation. Supporting christianity is supporting the destruction of childhoods.

How many drag queens have been arrested abd charged? How many catholics?

look inwards. take a moment to consider why you’re being built, pushed, towards hate.

You can change. You can open your eyes. You can be accepted. I have forgiveness for those who are genuine. Reality is here for you.

Each of these people hate the average citizen. Their game is to turn the average citizen against each other. To fight among ourselves, rather than turning our ire and disgust to the causes.

Bernard Arnault. Elon Musk. Jeff Bezos. Larry Ellison. Warren Buffett. Bill Gates. Michael Bloomberg. Carlos Slim Helú. Mukesh Ambani. Steve Ballmer.

This is a list of the richest people in the world. They are only as rich as they are because they have taken your wealth. Your labour, your sweat, your blood. It has made these people rich. They live to extract every single gram of wealth from you as possible. As soon as you have no more to give, you will be thrown away.

Do not give them what they want. Do not fight your fellow working class. There are many fascist working class people who have been deluded into supporting the 0.1%. This group needs to join reality.

I don't know how clear I can be. Fuck the right. Fuck republicans. Fuck billionaires.

The real working class. The every day person. The people who see the cancer destroying this world. The ones who want to stand up, to have their voice heard. I support you. I will help you. I am there for you.
