Yep, moms dying due to childbirth, is just God’s plan.

These people want that every person gets born. Then gives zero fucks what happens to those babies after they are born. Just a few more homeless people to the streets

"Conservatives want live babies so they can train them to be dead soldiers."

George Carlin

As relevant as when he said that in 1996.

He's not fit to be a representative, I know because I was in my high school student council.

This is what women want to see. An old white Republican man telling them what women's healthcare is...and being compared to animal breeding.

Both sides are not the same. Trump is running for dictator. They don't care about women's rights.

In the dog show world, there are no abortions if an undesirable pregnancy occurs; it could harm the registered bitch.

Unfortunately, the issue would contaminate the bloodline, so when the pups are born it’s common practice for the veterinarian to euthanize them. Think of all the problems solved, if only we let the republican veterinarian define healthcare for breeding bitches.

Republicans comparing women to dogs - nothing new here

Ectopic pregnancies and anencephaly are two very clear health care related reasons to end a pregnancy. They aren't the only reasons and women should have final authority over their bodies. Abortion should be legal and widely available to women who want it, end of story.

If you don't like abortion, that's fine. It's not everyone's choice, but that doesn't mean the choice should be taken away for those who want it. You should be making it easier for women to get prenatal care, postpartum care, healthcare for their child, day care, and opportunities in the workforce to pay for the needs of themselves and their children. You should also support birth control beyond abstinence only.

Time to castrate him without anaesthetics. According to vets, that's ok.

Republican women - what the absolute hell are you even doing

[–] CosmicTurtle@lemmy.world 14 points 9 months ago

They are like all conservatives. They don't think the rules will apply to them.

Rules are for everyone else. All those other people.

Conservative Christianity is great for convincing women that shutting up is good for them. Hell most Abrahamic religion is good at that

[–] Crashumbc@lemmy.world 3 points 9 months ago

I mean that's almost ALL religions...

Apparently he was a shit veterinarian.
Some real veterinarian please correct me, but there are reasons for abortion in animals other than humans.

[–] GiantChickDicks@lemmy.ml 5 points 9 months ago

This is the correct response. I don't know a single vet who hasn't done a spay-abort, and I've worked in animal welfare for decades.
