The post title says it all. It's an old german Sailor Moon fanpage from 1997 that's still online in all it's 90's glory.

I love how he actually got permission from the german licensor.

Wow, okay. This is also what https://www.sailormoon.de looks like for me. But (!) http://www.sailormoon.de looks very different. I didn't even know that you could do that. But now that I saw it, it makes perfect sense.
