Bit of a disingenuous title here. There aren't 26000 people there. Yet. Only about 1200 homes, so around 2500 people. You won't get a GP surgery built for that amount of people. Or a pub, or a supermarket.

They might be building those services as we speak. Doubt it somehow, but what did these people expect?

Still, they've got that all important Cambridge postcode. Which is nice.
