The World Ends with You (NDS version)
Idk if that's considered rare
EDIT: I also have Xenoblade Chronicles on the 3DS
Command and Conquer Retaliation?
It was essentially Red Alert with extra units. Still own it :)
At one point I saw Pikmin 3 on the Wii U going for like $150 bucks online and thought I may have a rare one but seems to be pretty cheap now.

Tetris DS probably.
I have the US version of Metal Gear Solid for GBC, Ghost Babel in other countries. Not sure how rare it is though.
The legend of dragoon. One is a pal Italian version and the other one is a ntsc jap
Muramasa pal for the wii
Probably Transformers (2004) on the PS2. Not that it's all that rare or even sought after, but it probably is the rarest one I have.
Final Fantasy Tactics, PS1, not the Greatest Hits copy. Got it the second weekend after release.
Marvel vs capcom 1(ps1) & 2(ps2)

Probably the copy of Fire Emblem Path of Radiance i got my brother. But alot of my Gen 3 (Gba and Gamecube) pokemon games are probably up there too. XD, Colosseum, Emerald, and FireRed. Unrelated but i apparently have, or had a pretty rare spider-man game, Spider-Man web of shadows. I thought it was a Dollar bin game like most Spider-Man games at the time, come a few months ago when i find it selling for 70-90$ online. Only thing is i dunno where it went
I guess technically Gundam Breakers 3 break edition
I have the original Valve ‘Half Life Collection’ (Half Life 1, Blue Shift and Opposing Force, Team Fortress, and Counter-Strike), in the original box with all discs. I also have the full disc set for Counter-Strike: Source.
I’ve got a solid fire red (not too rare) and a heart gold with the og case and book which i know goes for like 250-300 at the used game store in town.
Gold Cart Ocarina of Time. Still own the original I got for my bday in 1998 which happened to release on the same day of said bday.
Lost Kingdoms 2 on GameCube probably?
Dragon Force on the Sega Saturn. Still one of my favorite games.
I have Battle of Middle Earth... dunno if it's rare? but they don't sell it anymore.
Solatorobo - Red the Hunter
It was in two rarest DS games videos i saw and apparently didnt sell that well. So i guess it counts. Still have the original case too
I’ve got a copy of the Wind Waker preorder promotional disc with Zelda 1 and 2, Ocarina of Time, and Majora’s Mask. Got it for like $50 at a second hand shop, probably my most exciting purchase ever :)
Blood Omen Legacy of Kain OG for PC, disc version
For the longest time I had the original demo for NBA Elite 11. It was supposed to be the re-boot of the NBA Live series. It was an absolute disaster. One of the shottiest, buggiest, shittiest demos ever released (look it up). There was one glitch where the center would go to the middle of the court and hold his arms out like Jesus and just stay there. The demo was so so bad, EA scrapped the game completely and took a hiatus before releasing the next installment.
Marvel Vs Capcom 2 for Dreamcast is up there, I’ve got a bunch of Armored Core games now, and maybe Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes
*Lists games made by Rare
AFL Mascot Manor on DS, Australia exclusive, so bound to be rare
Is Marvel Superhero Squad for the Wii rare?
I also have the official Wheel of Fortune Wii game and a few other company licensed stuff
I was a big Sega Fan after the Genesis, so I got a Saturn on release instead of a Playstaion. Who knew Sony would be the victor upon entering the ring? Saved up weeks from my HS job to buy the 399 Saturn.
Panzer Dragoon Saga is the rarest thing I own, but also Burning Rangers. Imported MvC2 with a Ram Cart and Radient Silvergun. Many more things. I'm more nostalgia than a collector though - trying to figure out what to do with it all.
It's not that it's rare per se. About 20 years ago, my dad used to have a blockbuster-like business of his own with video games. You could rent games and also had consoles in the shop to rent and play.
One of those games we had waaaaaay back was Bomberman Generation for the GameCube. Anyway, my dad closed business eventually, and he sold everything, including the games, equipment and consoles. Fast forward about a decade later, and I end up finding a copy of Bomberman Generation in a local Blockbuster (ironic I know) being sold for cheap. Well, I get it for myself, and it turns out it's the very same copy my dad had back then. The reason I know is that he marked the disc with his business' name with thin sharpie (Kind of a crime for preservationists, I know). So it's not a very rare game per se, but the circumstances surrounding it make it very precious to me. It's like a time capsule of the past.
Video game-wise I have Tomba! and Tomba 2 for the Playstation among other similar, somewhat rare titles.
Board game-wise I have a collector's edition of Discworld Ankh-Morpork.
Hatred
I still have Guitar Hero On Tour for Nintendo DS with the original plug in controller, the box, and guitar pick stylus my copy came with. I wouldn’t say it’s super rare like others here but I think it’s rare that I have all the parts I got with it. Don’t have a DS to play it on though lol
I still have my original PS2 Zone of Enders: Second Runner and SNES Jurassic Park
Any Armored Core For Answer (English Version) players here?
By price?
KEIO flying squadron (SCD)
Spider-man (32X)
Snatcher (SCD)
Panzer Dragoon Saga (Sega Saturn)
Mega Man 9 Press Kit
Guide to the Louvre English (3DS)
Paprium limited edition (Gen)
I could keep going, but I want to get to the actual rare stuff, the games and things that come up so infrequently there is no agreed upon price.
The Smurfs (SCD). Only 20 copies made by Good Old Games and traded out at a con.
Night Trap 32X variant (PS4). This was won in a charity auction. It has a sticker that was supposed to be on the front of every copy, but the sticker roll was lost mid move to a new warehouse. By the time the roll was found, the copies had all been shipped. So, they did a charity auction for one copy to be sold with the sticker, making this a one of a kind variant.
Nintendo Remix Press Pack. Looks like a giant NES box with holder inside for both the WiiU and 3DS versions.
Digital Pictures embroidered logo baseball cap.
Willy Beamish wristwatch. Mail in with registration card.
Other junk and doo dads too.
I have a copy of FE Path of Radiance for the GC with the original Box in super good condition - proud I at least kept that one.
Dreamcast - MoHo (PAL exclusive & rarest PAL game)
Gamecube - either mario baseball (PAL) or NCAA college basketball 2k3 (NA)
Ps3 - hyperdimension hypercollection (PAL) not many on ebay and Pricy for a ps3 game
A bit of a stretch but I own the original GURPS deluxe edition game manuals for the current edition, signed by the game creators. It's one of my proudest gaming possessions (TTRPG RULEBOOKS). They are extremely rare and also bound TERRIBLY as all the initial prints of the rulebooks are, so if I open them they'll break!
Conker’s Bad Fur Day. I don’t even have an N64.
I have Kings Quest 5 on 3.5 and 5.25 floppy disk. Includes both VGA and EGA versions.
Jones in the Fast Lane - Boxed 3.5 and 5.25 floppies.
