You could take two nails and run them through your eyeballs. This will prevent the message from occurring :D You can just turn it off in the settings. I however suggest not to.

Seriously though, who actually holds their phone at arm's length? That's just too far.

You can buy an android and problem solved

[–] Eezan@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Or just go to settings and turn it off

You have to enable it… it’s disabled by default… It’s Settings > Screen Time > Screen Distance. Or else hold the phone further away from your face and protect your eye sight 🤷🏻‍♂️

you can turn it off in the screen time setting

Well as for “what is this” it’s telling you to extend your arm from your face and as for how to get rid of it… extend your arm from your face

I hated this. It’s like Apple wants you holding your phone and arms length away as if you’re a grandma trying to read a Christmas card

Bro you gotta go thru like 10 steps to turn this on😭

What’re the steps?

[–] Cutiecorpse@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I wish i would’ve known abt this feature sooner😭

[–] XGempler@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Androids don't have that. Get an Android to get rid of that message forever :)

[–] silverslant@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Get rid of it forever? Buy an android

[–] Johnwesleya@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I turned this on and I can’t get it to trigger at all, and I’ve been trying to

[–] iAdden@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I wouldn’t mind it if it would go away once I moved the phone away. Instead I have to manually exit the pop up 🤦🏿‍♂️

I’ve never even seen this warning before. I don’t like it though. Does that mean that the front facing camera is on all the time? Sounds creepy and draining on your battery.

I turned it on thinking this could benefit me - then it complained in the morning when I just woke up and was still in bed. So I turned it off.

[–] LoneWolfpack777@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Thank you kind sir!

[–] Bravos089@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Did anyone else instantly hold their phone up to their face to see if they could trigger this..?

Or am I weird?

Don't tell me how to live my life!

[–] LoneWolfpack777@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

What is this and how can I apply it to all my devices?
