Apologies to the mobile data users for this one. I initially exported this as webp (which turned out to 600KB), but when uploading I got a "Format not Supported" error (even though pictrs service which Lemmy is using does support that format, so not sure what's the story there). Anyway, decided to upload this as a gif instead (which even after reducing the resolution further is still 2MB).

EDIT: Well, turns out LiftOff can't open gif posts (Jerboa is able to via browser). Lesson learnt, will probably hold off on making gif/animated memes
