Yes, they say the target audience are those who have outgrown the hand-holding you get from Big Tech and want a bit more control and the ability to use a range of devices. It's all ready to go with a ZigBee dongle thrown in (I don't know why they don't offer a bundle with SkyConnect but perhaps there's a future one with this built in).
