To be fair:

At a news conference in Doha, Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani said the ceasefire would take effect on Sunday.

The title is quite misleading

Yeah but that's not inflammatory if you report strikes continue in lead up to ceasefire.

Most ceasefires see an increase in hostilities by those who feel they have the stronger position leading up to it since if peace comes from the ceasefire you want to have made as much ground as possible
