Good! We should NEVER limit who can see our TOP SECRET US NATIONAL SECURITY DOCUMENTS! Enemies foreign and Domestic alike should be able to see EXACTLY how to Destroy the United States! I'm a Patriot!

Turns out all you need is a conspiracy mill and maybe 100 million to tople a trillion dollar gdp country. Way more economical that an actual military industrial complex. We'll still keep the military industrial complex to feed the oligarchs.
