The expanse
Television
Star Trek: Enterprise.
It's an older show, and I haven't seen it recently.
It's been a long time...
Voyager for me

But my time is finally near...
I can't hear you with icepicks in my eardrums
Odd... Because I can feel a change in the wind right now. Nothing is in my way...
After the intro change: Always skip
Original intro: Never skip

Doctor Who, Bob's Burgers, Futurama, Dexter, Game of Thrones, Rick and Morty, Solar Opposites, King of the Hill, Archer
I'm sure there's more.
Sopranos
Peacemaker
Cowboy Bebop
Broad City (haha)
Woke up this morning, got yourself a gun.
Psych, bonus points if it's the extended intro.
Buffy the vampire slayer
Cowboy Bebop, Peaky Blinders for the song alone
Bojack Horseman
Ones not mentioned
Game of Thrones Preacher Orange is the New Black Daredevil The Left Overs Madmen Freaks and Geeks
Archer Arcane X-Men Teen Titans
Any show with a cold open and Cheers, which also often had a cold open. Watching a Cheers cold open featuring Coach followed by the theme makes me feel (for a little bit) like a child and everything is going to be okay.

(Written by Tom Waits)
Each season had a different version
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Way_Down_in_the_Hole
A different recording was used each season. Versions, in series order, were recorded by The Blind Boys of Alabama, Tom Waits, The Neville Brothers, DoMaJe, and Steve Earle. Season four's version, performed by the Baltimore teenagers Ivan Ashford, Markel Steele, Cameron Brown, Tariq Al-Sabir and Avery Bargasse, was arranged and recorded specifically for the show.[4]
Redwall, Poirot, Ghost in the Shell, The Avengers
Bob's Burgers
Final season of Attack on Titan. "Rumbling, Rumbling...it's coming, Rumbling!"

The Dick Van Dyke Show?
Didn’t really watch that one.
Elementary's intro had great music and a nice sequence.
House MD (mostly for the non-Teardrop music version)
Swat Kats
Dexter's Laboratory
Batman: The Animated Series
Breaking bad's intro is great because it's short.
Stardust crusaders (JoJo's bizarre adventure S2&3) because it's cool AND they do something really neat with it (It's related to the plot so I'm trying to avoid saying too much)
Bosch
The Triumverate.
First because I could listen to Jeremy Irons read the phone book, and second because each intro is funny and unique.
