Considering I can look up their supposedly infringed work and literally not even find a single legitimate copy to buy, but hundreds of links to download for free... maybe they just have a skill issue.

You know what else reproduces the content of the works, with or without consent from the authors, a... Monitor. All those filthy pirates using monitors to read their pirated books. 🤮 They should sue the monitor manufacturers. Hell, they should sue Microsoft too, for also reproducing the pirated content and allowing them to hit "save" 😡

If ISP's are liable for piracy, so are power utilities.

I don't know how to feel about this. On one hand, I want Cloudflare to suffer, but on the other hand, they do offer ddos protection for a lot of useful pirate sites.
