These look to be poor value compared to previous years.

@Cypher

Sisters box is so bad it doesn't even appear in the thumbnail preview

The Dark Angels one looks okay to me. 10 Terminators, a Terminator Chaplain and a Primarch look okay to me.
But the Tau one… A Crisis Commander, a Collossus, a Ghostkeel and a Riptide doesn't feel worth it to me.

But value will have to be determined by the price of these. Although I can't imagine that they'll be much of a saving with GW these days.

Id say the real issue with the tau (and most of GW products) is the premium we have to pay. Our main unit is so expensive for just 3 models, and the Christmas box only gives us a commander for them. Riptide does look nice though

40k was never cheapt, but the prices for current 40k are ridiculous. Almost 70€ for the Crisis suits is criminal.

What's really outrageous is that depending on the price, the tau box could be a good deal. Broadside and crisis commander aren't that bad compared to the ghostkheel (€72.50) and riptide (€93)

I expect pricing to be in line with previous battleforces... so not much in the way of savings here.

I absolutely could be wrong.
