I’ve already lost count of trump’s lies, and we’re not even 10 minutes in.

Welcome to the discussion of US Politics!
Rules:
- Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.
Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.
Example:
- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
- No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.
That's all the rules!

My family lives in Aurora. We all think it's hilarious (and scary) that he's pushing this idea that they've been overrun by Venezuelan gangs.
“Terrah”?
Haven’t heard that one before
Kamala just won the election. Taylor swift just endorsed her after the debate.
Holy fuck the moderator fact checked trump on late stage abortion
"We have so many facts and statistics"
Has failed to mention any facts or statistics throughout this debate
I'm generally watching this to see if there's a performance that will genuinely move the polls, but I just don't know. I tend to believe there are very, very few undecided voters, so I'm not sure anything could be said here that's going to swing those voters. At this point it's about not losing support and motivating your supporters.
In that regard, I think Harris is doing well, and I don't think Trump has to do very well. His supporters just want him to communicate anger and hate. He has seemed able to barely trip over that very low bar.
Fact checking mods is nice to see
"we don't have in a candidate to my right ability not to be confused about facts" 😂
She is using those prosecutatorial superpowers to mind fuck him lmao
She’s right, the laughing is on video.
Harris needs to stage whisper “small hands, tiny baby hands” while her mic is muted.
Ooh, this one's an L for Donald
Is that the first time a us president has talked about a two state solution in .. like decades?
Harris really, really needs to nail Trump on blocking the bipartisan immigration bill. Speaker Johnson was on board until Trump intervened for the sole purpose of running on the issue.
This is the time that people who don’t follow politics and don’t know that are paying attention.
He's rambling and incoherent again. But very angry about it.
45 minutes. I do like the fact that the MSNBC hosts are acknowledging just how stupid the modern "debate" is.
Oh damn. Asking about her being black
She needs to call him weird.
Oh, the size of rallies is really rattling him!
Ooh, hit a nerve with rallies. Nicely played.
