If this vein of music is to your liking, you should check out some of August Burns Red's Lyrics, they're also typically very positive, and deal with a range of issues. A few that come to mind:
- Fault Line (Song about how thankful they are to be able to be on stage, has one of my personal favorite lyrics "We all hurt, we all need, we all cry, we all bleed")
- Ghosts (a song about the perception of the less fortunate homeless and communities)
- Beauty in Tragedy (song about dealing with the death of a very close friend/loved one)
- Poor Millionaire (less positive, but is about the hypocrisy of proselytizing "mega church" pastors)
- The Frost (a song about how being accepting of yourself, self-reflection, and being comfortable in your own skin)
Their motto is angry music for happy people, and they really do kind of embody that HEAVY music with uplifting lyrics energy.
