Will a ban ultimately effect the desired result?

I'm not sure what the best solution would be, but it seems like children should learn to engage with technology in a healthy way, and a ban seems counterproductive towards that goal.

In some situations, using technology in a healthy way is not using it at all.Personally, i don't see any benefit of using mobile phones at school.
