No one. He priced himself out of the normal football market.
Plus he is a precarious investment, his brand name isn’t worth nearly as much as some other top class players, and he is unlikely to be able to yield to any manager’s authority.
He should either stick with PSG or move to Saudi Arabia. Perhaps joining the MLS would be a good move for him.
Say what you will, but European football simply doesn’t need him. Any club with ambitions to win the CL can comfortably do it without him - and literally any other player on the planet woule be a better investment than Mbappe.
True for 9/10 teams, the exception being clubs that have more money than sense. Chelsea spring to mind in particular. They're so fucked and haphazard, why not just spunk another 150mil plus wages on a prima donna superstar who will either take you to glory or run you into the ground? It's an easier risk to take if you're already in the mud financially and on the pitch like they are.
Splashing out on a guy like Mbappe just makes zero business sense. He is good, but there are loads of other players who are also good, and who cost way less and who have some resale value.
Besides, on the pitch, Mbappe’s greatest asset is his speed - and that is only going to get worse as years go by.
Whoever buys Mbappe now is only getting 3-4 more years of Mbappe in his prime. And even in his prime he never won the Champions League, he only managed to reach the final once.
